I’m Kenni — a movement coach, Human Design guide, and a Black woman who spent years performing strength until my body asked for something more honest.
My healing began when I stopped moving at the world’s pace and returned to the rhythm my spirit was designed for. Sacred Flow™ was born from that return—from choosing devotion over discipline, and ease over endurance.
I created this space so Black women could experience wellness without abandonment. Movement that honors the body. Rhythm that respects energy. Healing that remembers lineage. This work is not about fixing or reshaping you. It is about reconnecting you to what has always been true.
